Return and Refund Policy

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all original labels and tags attached.
  • Items must be free of any signs of use (no visible stains, damage, or odors).

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., beauty or skincare items with short shelf lives).
  • Health and personal care products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@glaumi.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address where the items must be shipped.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any paperwork, and ship it to the provided return address.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective product or incorrect item).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@glaumi.com, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

6. Non-Returnable and Sale Items

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Non-returnable items: As mentioned earlier, certain health, personal care, and opened beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@glaumi.com. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be treated as a return, and shipping fees will apply.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@glaumi.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
